Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery Charges

Currently all items are shipped FREE of charge to USA destinations. Unless otherwise indicated, USPS standard delivery will be used to Domestic USA destinations.  Delivery charges are subject to change. You will be notified of any change in the delivery charge at the time your order is placed.

State sales tax

Our business operation is based in Horry County, South Carolina and South Carolina State Sales Tax of 6% applies with a max 3% local tax to all items sold.

International Delivery

Orders for delivery outside the United States will be charges at the International standard USPS rates.  If you are interested in purchasing in bulk outside of the USA please contact us at sales@famousflamesstore.com to see if we can accommodate your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

To return items by mail

We agree to accept returns but the following conditions have to apply:

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided. (See below for acceptable forms of proof.)

  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Within 14 days after receipt of your return we will issue a refund using the original method of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be returned in new condition, unused and unwashed, in original packaging with all original components.

  • Items sold as marked down and discontinued are final sale and cannot be returned.

Acceptable proof of purchase for eligible items

Proof of purchase is always required for a credit or refund for eligible items. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of proof of purchase:

  • original paper receipt

  • order number

  • gift receipt

  • original packing slip

  • gift packing slip

Damaged returns

 

Although we do not foresee items to be damaged due to shipping, some things are out of our control.  If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping, please save the damaged goods, carton, and packaging material. Please email us a photo of the damaged item in the original box at sales@famousflamesstore.com so we can notify USPS of the damage to facilitate a refund.

Return shipping charges

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable unless an item is damaged due to shipping.

 

Return policy for international customers

Any shipping cost to and from the United States in order to facilitate the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
